ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS First and foremost, I would like to especially thank my mother, father and families, without whose guidance and support I would not be here. Besides, I would like to present my sincere gratitude to my supervisor, Dr Raghu-pathy Sivakumar. Under his guidance, I got valuable advice and encouragements. I joined in GNAN research group without much research experience. Because of Siva's help and trust, I could work on several projects. When I studied in GNAN research group, I learned what is research and how to do good research. As I pursued valuable knowledge in GNAN research group, I found that the experiences and lessons are more important than knowledge itself. Those experiences and lessons will continue to promote my innate power to let me learn and work hard during my future life.
